View the 1992 plan

The Yavapai County Board of Supervisiors voted to stop accepting community plans from unincorporated communities. With our Beaver Creek Community Plan so close to completion this decision could have made all the work the community, committees, and individuals have put into the plan for naught. The County, however, encouraged us to continue work on our plan, but to refer to a vision for the community instead of a formal plan.

The Result was Vision 2020, a vision of what our residents want our community to look like in ten years. The County will use Vision 2020 to help determine the community's views on zoning issues and other issues important to our community.

We are anticipating bringing the completed plan to the community in October, 2010. To see the issues raised by the community via the survey and community meeting, please click here. To view our Vision Statement, please click here.
